Refund Procedures & Settlements

All standard connectivity products qualify for a 100% refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee. To invoke a refund, simply return the product in its original physical condition within 30 days of shipment receipt, enclosing a copy of the original purchase invoice.

2. 7-Day Damaged Transit Window

If a package arrives with visible physical damage or is missing adapters/components, notify our support team within 7 working days. We will dispatch a complimentary high-fidelity replacement or process a 100% direct refund based strictly on your customer preference.

3. Refund Inspection & 48-Hour Approval

Upon package arrival at our central Sahar Cargo Estate hub, our visual quality inspectors verify return contents within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Once quality integrity is confirmed, the refund is approved and initiated instantly.

4. Settlement Timelines & Razorpay Vaults

Refunds are processed back to the original source card, bank account, or UPI handle via Razorpay's high-encryption pipelines. Credit settlements generally reflect in your banking account within 3 to 5 business days after our internal hub approval.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios & Mismatches

We take no responsibility for package delays, delivery loss, or return failures due to incorrect postcodes or delivery names provided during checkout. Custom visual electronic components or high-capacity bulk orders processed under specialized client specifications do not qualify for general returns.
