By creating an account or placing an order at Etzin, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and hold active legal authority to initiate transactions. You are solely responsible for protecting account log-ins and keeping address fields updated for transit couriers.
2. Order Acceptance & Price Mismatches
All listed product specifications and prices are subject to change without notification. We reserve the absolute right to reject, hold, or cancel any purchase request due to inventory constraints, stock discrepancies, or technical faults in checkout gateways. In case of cancellation, a 100% refund is initiated instantly.
3. Direct Manufacturing & Intellectual Property
Etzin is a premium connectivity brand with direct control over visual designs, specifications, custom molds, graphics, and descriptions of HDMI components and accessories. Any unauthorized replication of website logos, product styling, or media elements is strictly prohibited.
4. Billing Protocols & Gateway Failures
All billing transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay's high-security portals. We are not responsible for transactions that fail due to banking downtime, card declines, or network disruption. If money is deducted during a failed checkout, it is auto-refunded to your account by the gateway.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Transit timelines are estimates provided by premium logistics hubs like Shiprocket and are not contractually guaranteed. Etzin is not liable for delayed server deployments, business downtime, or data line failures arising from shipment delays or installation mismatches of AV cords.
